Project Files: Raw audio, video reference files, and creative briefs you upload

Your information is used exclusively to: 1) Deliver audio engineering services and Re-Tune audits. 2) Communicate about project timelines, delivery, and billing. 3) Improve our service quality through internal analytics
Third-Party Services
We don't sell, trade, or rent your personal data. We use secure, industry-standard processors for:
Payments: Stripe or PayPal (we never store credit card information)
File Transfer: MASV, Frame.io, Dropbox, or Google Drive
Communications: Secure professional email servers

Project Files: Retained for the duration of the engagement. Long-term archival is not guaranteed unless specified in a Sonic Re-Tune retainer agreement.
Encryption: All file transfers use 256-bit encryption to protect your unreleased content.
