By using Sonic Re-Tune's services, you agree to these terms.

Services

Sonic Re-Tune provides specialized audio engineering for YouTube creators, including dialogue optimization, mix translation across devices, and loudness mastering for digital platforms.

Project Handoff

To maintain our 24-48 hour turnaround, you must provide project files according to our specifications (AAF, XML, or stems). We're not responsible for delays caused by corrupt files, missing assets, or incorrect exports.

Payment & Refunds

60-Second Demo: Complimentary. No obligation.

Project Payments: Full payment required before delivery of the final master.

Retainers: Billed monthly in advance. Guarantees priority turnaround.

Refunds: Due to the bespoke nature of audio engineering, all sales are final once work begins.

Revisions

Every project includes two rounds of revisions to ensure the final mix aligns with your channel's sound. Revision requests must be submitted within 7 business days of initial delivery.

Intellectual Property

Ownership: Upon final payment, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the mastered audio in your content.

Sound Design Elements: Sonic Re-Tune retains ownership of custom sound design unless otherwise negotiated in a retainer agreement.

Portfolio Use: We reserve the right to use snippets of completed work for portfolio and promotional purposes unless you request an NDA before the project starts.

Limitation of Liability

Sonic Re-Tune provides technical engineering to improve production value. We don't guarantee specific YouTube algorithm performance, view counts, or viral success.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Florida. Disputes shall be resolved in Seminole County, Florida.
